A Maidana or Alexander rematch would make the most sense.

Kotelnik better win big or he'll get shafted like the Alexander fight.

Good fight...good match up. I don't know if Kotelnik has enough power to ward off Ortiz or make him respect him. If not, Ortiz wins a dec. I'm noticing Ortiz is waaaay more cautious in his approach now. Even against a washed up Vivian Harris he hesitated when Harris was throwing. His skills are good but he needs to be a little tougher.

Legit fight. Can Ortiz replicate what Amir Khan did? Kotelnik is a tough mofo.. decisioned Maidana and arguably beat Alexander.

Golden Boy would be making a mistake by keeping Kotelnik in the picture.

He's just too sturdy for Ortiz. Kotelnik is too persistent for Victor.

This is the type of match ups I want to see in a HBO card. Whos the underdog in this bout? it should be Ortiz, Kotelnik is as tough as they come and i could see him dominating a timid Ortiz. The again Ortiz is a real puncher, not high volume puncher like Maidana. Ortiz can change a fight with one punch and is wise with his attack selection. This can end up becoming an entertaining fight, if Ortiz grows a pair during the fight. Ortiz killer instict is in question though, he just too cautious when he has his opponent hurt (kind of like Wlad in that aspect). Ortiz could of knocked out Campbell, but decided to run for 10 rounds instead. Im think that maybe the Ortiz we may see everytime he steps up in competition.

The Quitter Ortiz by dominant UD.Kotelnik doesn't throw enough or have much pop to Keep Vic honest.The defense he has wont work like it did with Alex,Vic will punch right thru it.

type of fight Ortiz needs, a tough guy who doesnt hit hard enough, might be a good night for Ortiz
