Taking over a very good Chelsea team that was an obvious team on the rise after finishing 2nd in the Prem the year before, Ancelotti seems to be doing just as well, might win back to back league Titles. Inter was coming off 2 straight Serie A Titles, they had just as good a chance as anyone to win the Champions league. Real one of the richest clubs in the World and will spend spend spend, I won't consider it that much of an accomplishment unless they win a Primavera Title and Champions league Title.. Porto is his claim to fame IMO.

Jose is a tactical genius, he proved with Porto he can do it without a unlimited transfer budget. Ancelotti Chelsea team is 90% the team Murinho built, he only added Ramirez and a couple Russian guys.

Chelsea hadn't won it in 50 years. Ancelotti is doing good because he inherited a team that knows how to win because of Mourinho. There is a big difference in coming 1st and 2nd and Mourinho took them over that hump.

Scolari's style seemed to clash with the players, they rebelled and had him chopped.

Still a good coach that didn't win with "Mourinho's" team, Ancelotti stepped in and bam, I think managers are overrated anyways, having played at a high level after a certain point coaches/managers didn't have much effect on me.
