| Would Cain, GSP, Rashad or Gray be able to get him down if they were naturally in the same weight class? Could they do damage? Would Dos Santos, Silva, Edgar or Shogun out strike him? Could anyone submit him?
When the answer is "not sure", "debatable" or "no", and never a clear cut yes to all these , and all at once, we got a serious candidate to the best fighter in the world mantle.
Can GSP be stopped, we've seen it before. He also tends to leave fighters linger, so he is naturally in more danger for longer, and is less dangerous himself. Edgar can be out wrestled, Chael can be subbed, Anderson can be ragdolled at will by a good wrestler. Rashad can be knocked out, Shogun can be taken down, Cain can be rocked in the standing, etc etc etc.
None of these other top rounded guys are as complete as Aldo. No one.

WTF? rather fight at LW, dude they fight there because that's the weight class LOL
P4P is based on skill level considering all things equal No, what's the point of skill if you can't win with it. |

| This has been established, Aldo is the real deal if you're paying attention, in all honesty, loving both fighters he may be better then Anderson in P4P but I might not have the balls to rank him above yet. | |

| Of course Aldo is quicker than the guys you named Wolf. He's smaller than them and all small guys are quicker. For Aldo to be number 1 p4p he needs to win the UFC Lightweight title in my opinion. |

| Anderson hasn't lost in the UFC yet and until he does he'll stay in the top 2 with GSP. |

Chael ain't getting him down as easily as he got the other fighters he's faced in the UFC, and even if he did, Aldo's submission game is allegedly the best part of his total skillset.

Does Anderson need to win the LHW Title? does GSP need to win the MW Title?

His striking is better, but nothing of my post suggested otherwise, I'm just not ballsy enough to rank him above Anderson yet even if I want to.

Does Anderson need to win the LHW Title? does GSP need to win the MW Title? They've proved it for a much longer time. Aldo has beaten no one of note. GSP and Anderson have beaten all-time greats and Anderson has dominated fighters in 2 divisions. |

I will have to disagree. He was over hyped. The past year has proven this. |

| The past year has proved he lost to maybe the best FW ever and another top 5 FW ever who happened to get caught by another solid FW. GSP blows cause he got caught by Serra. | |

Holy fucking shit. Look at Faber's record. He was utterly dominant for like five years over this division, beating everyone. Including Bibiano Fernandes and Dominick Cruz. He lost to Jose Aldo, MTB twice and Tyson Griffin. He beat a solid guy in Bibiano Fernandes and a fighter that was fighting above his natural weight class in Dominick Cruz. Not an all-time great worthy resume. |

| That's my point. It's a weak division. Aldo is already the greatest FW ever. |

| Problem at fw is so many of the best fighters are fighting in Japan and now Bellator.
In the WEC a guy who was 8-5 can come in and find himself in a title fight in no time.

Brown is a top 5 all time fw? Sounds funny doesn't it, but with it beinging a younger division then the rest amd him having 2 wins over Faber a def top 5 alltime FW, kind of hard to argue he's right in there, a loss to the greatest FW to date and a fluke loss to a top 10 FW don''t discourage me. And the WEC has the majority or the best FWs in the World, much like all other divisions under Zuffa, there's a couple top guys not in the WEC, but some like the "Japs" I think would do similarly to Aoki if you get what I'm saying.

| MTB didn't lose by fluke to Manny. He lost fair and square to the better fighter. |

| Manny is pretty explosive, he backed Aldo up. He's good.
Aoki has one loss to Melendez, and has been a top fighter for years. If some of the "Japs" as you say would do like him they'd be in store for a good career. Omigawa would do well in the WEC.
