great fight.

Why would they wait till next year? Both men have an open schedule, and if Dawson wants to rematch Pascal after the Hopkins fight, he should be fighting in December.

Oh I forgot, both guys are coming off their annual fight and now need to "spend time with their family" ala Haye and Mayweather.

That's the problem with those guys(Dawson, Cloud), they're lazy and think the fame and money should just come to them.

This is a no brainer.

good fight. if dawson actually prepares for this fight then i think that he will pull it off. if he fights like he fought pascal then i dont see him surviving the fight.

Dawson can win the fight but it will be boring if he does.

As I said before the Pascal fight, Dawson lacks any real killer instinct. He is content against good competition to get a lead, then take a round off here and there (or periods of rounds off). He doesn't push it against guys he should be able to get out of there.

When he finally ran into someone who was going after his ass, he decided to stay in the shell for alot of the fight. That was even more disconcerting. It is one thing to lay back in fights you are winning safely. IT IS ANOTHER THING TO LAY BACK WHEN A GUY IS BEATING YOU!!!!!

He pissed me off in the fight with Pascal. When he wanted to score he did he just didn't seem to want to win. Pascal showed more heart and determination and pulled off a major upset.

I think Dawson's skill set could destroy anyone in the light heavy weight division, but one has to utilize their skill set in order for it to work. If Johnson can't utilize his skills he will lose to any top fighter.

If Dawson is hungry again he will defeat Cloud, if not Cloud wins a decision on determination. Cloud is a flat footed plodder, not an awkward work horse like Pascal.

Dawson UD in this one.
