The Social Network

This movie is getting amazing reviews. Had a 100 % rating on rt last time I checked. Not a facebook fan myself but I will have to check it out.

Well, i'm sure that rating will go down once it's actually released.

I've heard great things though. David Fincher. Jessie Eisenberg. Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross. Hard to go wrong there.

Quel est la probleme? In my opinion The Social Network depicts history too recent and it just screams "Let's cash in on Facebook now before the next big thing bumps it to Myspace territory".

Kind of like Oliver Stone making "World Trade Center" and "W."...WAYYY too soon. Especially for the WTC...and Bush was still in office when that other peice of crap came out.

Alan Sorkin's script is the reason it's getting rave reviews.

Just doesnt seem that appealing to me, Id rather check out that Luke Wilson one about figuring out credit card transactions online

This isn't a theater movie for me. Theater is for movies you really want to see or movies that really need to be seen in a theater. That said I'll probably see it this weekend at home.

I have seen my share of shitty movies so I'll atleast give this a look. But it will be months from now on DVD.

I will be seeing this @ my local Alamo Drafthouse .. The best movie theaters in the world.

I like Fincher but that's about all I can say for this movie. Who gives a fuck about Facebook

a lot of people actually. It has made stalking and spying on people completely acceptable.

I get facebook invites like once every 2 weeks on average and I have no clue how these people have my email address. On the movie, I'll check it out when it's available for rent.

I wouldn't use the little girls line. The chick World cup was pretty much devoid of that bs. Was perhaps one of the most enjoyable aspects of the tourney(should have included it in my "why the womens finals was the best soccer game I have ever seen post"). Dudes, and from what I have seen, that includes the whole lot of em, have that shit on lockdown.

Italians, Portuguese and Spanish soccer players are diving puto's, I can't stand them, they flop around all over the place and act like a sniper shot shot them.
