marble noo one said wlad is a limited fighter..its peter thats limited..limited in a big way..what wlad does he does very well..his jab is improved to the point where its very very good.good stong righthand and a excellent 1-2 combo.decent boxing skills.and a left hook thats tossed properly..his footwork can be used against him by a fighter with movement and angles.it can and will create balance problems like it has at times in the past.and he can be countered effectively..he executes extremly well and is very intelligent..thats not a very limited fighter..

It is impressive. He won't get his due until he's gone, like Lennox, who was hated on brutally, at least by American fans and most media (not me) for years.

i dont believe haye can beat wlad..but lets look at what we are saying about hayes fight against valuez..first valuez dwarfs wlad..hes 7 inches taller and outweights him by 75 pounds..thats huge and wlad is a huge fighter..he was more agressive then wlad coming in at haye then wlad was last night..everyone here including i felt hollifield won against valuez in what i will call a non fight..we praise evander...haye did the same fightplan as hollifield only he executed it better and we crtizise haye who was outweighed by 100 pounds and was what almost 9 inches shorter..he fought a boring but tacticaly correct and smart fight..he does have some talent fluid movement good boxing skills speed afoot and with his hands and ring intelligence all which peter lacks..he can give angles counter punch effectively and maybe even slip some punches all which peter did not do..
wlads power of course against hayes chin in all likelyhood will result in a ko win for him..haye will give him some problems though unless a shot hits him very very early..haye can execute a game plan..peter had none.he plodded..this is not a case of wlad dominating a fighter with skill.its a inept very limited fighter whos slow in everything including thinking that wlad dominated.haye adamek also would of dominated peter..chambers did and hes light hitting..
wlad has a good skill level and against a peter type fighter will look very impressive..soo did chambers..every fighter looks impressive in training hitting the heavy bag..thats all peter was..is wlad the class of the heavys today..yep.is he worthy of a hall of fame status..yep..is he a near great..yep..all those compliments hes earned..is peter inept in many things..yep..his ineptness was not a result of wlads skills its a result of peters non skills..just like the heavy bag..

Hard to argue very hard with that I think.

dmar, Haye has absolutely awful balance. He nearly falls over when he throws his wide, winging punches.

His punching technique has improved noticably over the last year, he has started throwing straighter, more professional punches. He does have blazing speed and power, but I don't see the footwork that you do(see balance comment)

His head movement is terrible.

He should have lost the Valuev fight IMO. I disagree with your assesment.
