Floyd's always up at odd times, didn't you catch his late jogs on 24/7 ?

His workouts and wife beating always run late so he's tired during the day.

You've got to read between the lines with Floyd. He may appear to enjoy the whole "Young Black Rich Gangsta" persona, but deep down inside he's nowhere near that guy. His extreme talent is limited to the the ring. Boxing is & has been his only world. Outside of boxing, he's lost. He has no social skills whatsoever. He wears what society deems hip. Hangs out with a bunch of loser yes men. He's never had a real relationship in his life. Not with his parents, not with a woman, not with any true friends. He's an inch away from losing his mind now with all the Pacquiao talk. He's desperate to be loved, because he's never had that. Look at his past, his childhood. His own father used him as a "human shield" when his uncle shot him. You don't think he has issues? He's borderline Mike Tyson right now.

"In 2003 Harris accused Mayweather of punching and kicking her inside a Bentley in Vegas. Charges were filed but dismissed in 2005 after Harris testified she lied to cops because she was angry that Floyd had left her for another woman."
So it's for real this time?
If Floyd is guilty, all the more reason to make Floyd vs. Martinez.

Good post. We can also add that Floyd Sr. smacked him in public when he was just a teen. I think his big mistake was not having the will or confidence to walk away from his father once his pro career started. He's one of the few fighters who have little use for a trainer for strategic purposes. He's a genius in that way. I think another trainer would've made a gigantic difference in terms of his psychological development. Is he on his way to being another Mike Tyson? I really don't think so. I don't think he's an anti social disorder. He seems to be an ultra sensitive guy with little real confidence away from the public persona he's created. He uses this as a mask to act as if he has an actual understanding of who he is. He doesn't. His only chance for a happy ending is to disassociate from his family and find a trainer who can give constructive criticism to his personality. I can't see that happening. Floyd is super protective of this "money Mayweather" image. So much so that he rarely faces a fighter who is a legitimate threat. Does ducking Pacquiao, Cotto, or anyone else in the WW division make any sense? No. He thinks a loss is the end .This will remove the mask of "Money Mayweather" and show the world who he is. I think he's terrified of that happening because he doesn't know who he is. Think of a masked wrestler who had an obsessive avoidance with getting unmasked because he had no more of an idea of how he looked than his fans did. This is Floyd. (Note: For all the MW fans, It's obvious he's a special fighter once he's in the ring. The problem is getting him there.)
