I feel he would of died later that night regardless if he and Death Row would have stomped that crip out. If not that night, It would ahve been some other night that someone would of ran up on 2pac.

| completely agree he wouldnt be alive today, but there is a reason Orlando Anderson got killed 2 years of that beating and 2pacs death were linked without a doubt in my mind
Andersons death remains unsolved as well

Andersons death remains unsolved as well Well Im pretty sure his death was gang related. People believe Orlando was 2pac killer, just like people believed Fat Tone was Mac Dres Killer, rumors are rarely true. 2pac was running with bloods, he was bound to be killed... I mean he was asking to get killed.

| I don't recall the detail of the facts referenced above. While I am an attorney, I do not practice in criminal law, nor would I ever want to.
There is a different threshold for winning a civil case for damages as opposed to convicting someone of a crime.
Criminal- beyond a reasonable doubt- pretty darn high threshold; one of my best friends from law school who has been a prosecutor for 7 years basically says he would estimate it at 90-95% likelihood (though judges and courts don't put a number to % of likelihood).
Civil-preponderance of the evidence- more likely than not; over 50% likelihood and you win;

The man didnt even charged for any crimes realted to 2Pac Anderson sued Suge Knight and was rewarded 80 grand, Afeni counter sued him for wrongful death suit and was rewarded the 80 grand he had just won from Suge

| He was not wise enough to rise above that ghetto nonsense despite being wealthy. Consequently, the lifestyle caught up to him. | |

| I'm terribly disappointed by this already. Disjointed and unfocused. They have 60 minutes to tell a story and they've spent 20 doing nothing. |
