| Despite everything that has gone wrong Showtime still deserves big ups for recognizing a problem in boxing and seizing an opportunity to demonstrate how things could be improved. OK, so it didn't work out so well but we've gotten some very good fights out of it and I hope Showtime feels like they've learned something and can try a modified version again.
My major suggestion would be is that time is an enemy and so, as imperfect as it is, a single elimination format is the way to go. I'd rather see a tournament completed in a year and then another division begun, than a single tournament taking over a year.

| Showtime have already learned their lesson, that's why the Bantamweight tournament will be short and sweet |

| i agree ALi the problem with this tournament was how long and drawn out it is
remember when Don King tournaments took about 2 damn months to finish, they messed up making the tournament last so long
we will never see another tournament set up like this again

| I think a more suitable format is single elimination. 8 man single elimination. | |
