| SF vs Bellator Champs vs Champs. Winners at 155 and 185 have clear arguments to being #1 in the world.
A gamble? To an extent, but win or lose, just shining the spotlight on the other 2 org's in a bout to determine #1 in the world, gives major recognition to these other org's while puttin a dent in the UFC aura.
It would be a boon, not just in the fan's eyes, but also in the eyes of up and coming fighters.
Should start with Gil vs Eddie(assuming he wins his next 2 scheduld fights).

| With Noons moving up to WW, who is left in SF to challenge? | |

yup their guys are still a bit off. Evangilista, Beerbohm etc, and we don't need to complete the Thomson Melendez trilogy just yet. If Gil vs Eddie doesn't happen, then I think SF will have a(at least slightly) disgruntled title holder on their hands.

| JZ is in Strikeforce now. Solid win over criminally underrated Kikuno at DREAM 15 i think it was despite ring rust....MMASupremacy who is front and center of everything SF says Gesias is fighting Thomson at Diaz-Noons II though there have been no reports of that. Whoever wins that is probably fighting Gil next. If Thomson wins, a 3rd fight is justified though i would not rule out Noons challenging for the belt if he loses to Diaz. If he loses, i would not transfer the loss to the LW division and would not mind seeing him have his next fight against Gil who is still some months away from coming back.
Of course, there is the old rematch clause with Melendez vs. Aoki in DREAM. That might yield different results but who knows..
SF has options at LW. They just need to get guys like Evangalista, Shaolin, JZ, JT, and Fancy Pants MORE FIGHTS so it's more apparent.
