no that was another dumb ass judge
Roth had it 7-5 Trinidad
Hamada gave Oscar the last round cause he realized how fucked his scorecard was so he basically gave Oscar a draw with the 12th round after Oscar damn near didnt throw a punch in the round

Thats right. Besides we all know the fix was in on that fight. This is why you never want Don King as a promotor.

I had this one a draw and Oscar has no one to blame but himself. I give Tito credit for making Oscar run. Either he had hurt Oscar more than we thought or Oscar FEARED being hurt or running out of gas.

i agree marble in the sense that Oscar can only blame 1 person
himself
but outlanding someone by more than 100 punches and losing just has a total WTF factor to it

I scored that fight a draw and I feel thats the best Trinidad could have got. I think that or a 1 point win for Oscar would have been right but its Oscar's fault he lost with all the running he did.

I've watched and scored the fight multiple times. Best I can fathom is a draw for Trinidad. That being said, ODH should have kept boxing instead of running.

Oscar made the fight far too close by running, but he still won that fight. He made Trinidad look like a bit of an amateur in that fight.
But that robbery was a huge black eye for boxing that still hurts to this day...

You shouldn't have to watch a fight several times and award a fighter rounds that logic and impartiality dictate he didn't win - all in the name of trying to understand what the judges were thinking.
I've gone through that exercise several times with Martinez/Williams, Kotalik/Alexander, and so on...trying to see things from the perspective of someone LOOKING for an excuse to score a round in one fighters favour. It's maddening and you shouldn't have to do it.
I know scoring is subjective, but these are supposed to be professionals with integrity.
