Breidis Prescott back on Friday Night Fights this week

Trying to win that 4th title is to be known as chasing the Mexican boxing holy grail(at least that is what I like to refer to it as). Barerra, Morales, Marquez, all have their sights set on it.

So you're thinking is loyalty means defending bad behavior from your guy? Loyalty is ADMITTING bad behavior and still having him be your guy.

The problem here is the difference in opinion, I don't mind the Marquez fight because it's clear he's still got enough left in the tank to beat Khan. Giving a legend the opportunity to win a title in a fourth weight class classifies as bad behavior, come marble that's unfair.

It'd be easy enough to do. Just set up a new organization, authorize a belt, match the three guys in a round robin and VOILA! A fourth "title"

Of course a "title" in this context is as meaningful as saying you were one of the people who drive over the speed limit.

No Ali, it is clear JMM has enough AT LIGHTWEIGHT. It is equally clear he ain't the same guy any heavier. Titles mean squat. Using corrupted titles as a crutch is exceptionally weak arguing. Kahn has the following choices in order of glory.

1. Get back to 135 and fight JMM
2. Fight Tim Bradley for what could be the Ring Crown
3. Fight Devon Alexander as a way to get to Bradley.
4. Fight Marcos Maidana as a way of proving he can handle a big puncher.
5. Fight JMM at 140.

Now in my mind a guy ought NOT be defended for the fifth best choice.

Maidana was offered a Khan fight but faked a back injury and Alexander already has a fight scheduled.

And now it looks likely Bradley and Alexander will meet in January so it takes them out of the picture.

I'd actually love to see a Judah fight.

All this could be for nothing btw because Marquez might not even decide to move up and challenge Khan, we'll all look silly if that happens.

and how many months of you defending all of his actions did it take for you to finally arrive there? I can remember many,many posts where you predicted he would save the heavyweight division. You even suggested at one point Wlad was avoiding Haye.

Khan does want Bradley but wouldn't it be naive of him not to entertain other fights ? As of right now Khan hasn't signed to face anybody in December, Don King might screw up the Alexander fight,Marquez might decide to stay at Lightweight and we could end up seeing Bradley vs Khan this year.

Serious discussions are taking place about Bradley vs Alexander on January 29th, HBO are keeping the date aside for it.

Maidana has a tune up in August vs Chop Chop, has stated he'd be ready to go in November, so did Bradley

Alexander and Bradley are fighting each other since they know Khan is all BS

Once Haye rejected the 50/50 offer I was gutted but I admitted that he was scared.
