| Always wondered how this would fight would of played out if it happened December of 08 instead of the Pacquiao match up
DLH was coming off the Forbes decision and Margarito was THE Mexican fighter of the moment riding high after his TKO of Cotto
Who you got? | |

| You think so?
Not like Margarito is fast, DLH could crack at 147, just slow as hell compared to Manny
I think he might of pulled it out like he did vs Vargas...idk

| I think had Oscar and Margo fought it would have been at 154. I say Margo by UD. | |

| At 147 or 154 I think Oscar outboxes him. | |

| guys, the oscar that fought pac was near enough the same one that fought forbes, he was crap agaisnt forbes, and you gotta remember, that margarito had not been caught at this stage, i think some of you are understandably biased against him because he cheated. But this margarito has not fought mosley and been whooped yet, and has not been caught loading his gloves yet. hence why i think he destroys that version of oscar. at either weight, tho especially 147 as dlh was weight drained | |

| I think we're looking at the opposite ends of the spectrum here.
Oscar fought Manny, probably one of the two fastest fighters in the game and got destroyed.
Then there is Margarito, one of the slowest top tier fighters(at that time) in the game.
I think Oscar would have outpointed him.
Oscar may have been shot but he was in shape for the Manny fight. Oscar hopped on the scale in the second to last 24/7 episode and he was already below 147. I don't think he was dehydrated two weeks before the fight.
He was shot, I'm not arguing that. He just got his ass whooped.
