Just read an article about Bradley going 100% vegan while in camp (http://www.maxboxing.com/news/sub-lead/body-by-bradley). JMM drinks piss. Who else has crazy diets?

Bradley doesn't eat meat during camp. I know Hopkins does the same. This actually caused a problem for Bradley when he went to the U.K for the Witter fight, as the Brits kept trying to give him stuff he doesn't eat during camp. He said in an interview with The Ring that he ended up eating fruit the whole time.

Hatton goes for a Full English breakfast every other day.

Haye only eats meats that were killed that day during camp.

Lot's of old stories about guys who would chew up a steak and spit it out to make weight, but "get the nutrients".

AA had such a hard time making 160, that he was only eating a small bit of spaghetti and steak for lunch, and had a couple of protein bars for dinner. First thing out of his mouth after beating Mahir Oral was "I want fried potatos with olive oil".

Arreola was chugging down a large Coke when he was "in the best shape of his career", in the video HBO shot of his camp prior to his fight against Vitali. He's probably hitting the greasiest, hole in the wall, Mexican joints along with KFC, Jack In the Box and Carls Jr. And of course he washes it all down with Corona.

Probably none. It's more an old wives tale.

There's actual a real good U.K mag I get once and a while called "Fighting Fit" which has a lot of boxing/MMA nutritional/work-out info. A lot of stuff on fighter diets.

The "juices" from the steak, would in essence be the blood, just cooked, with a little bit of the meat mixed in, so you'd get most of the nutrients.

SRR said in one of his Bios that he drank raw cows/beef blood during training, I guess you could drink it if you didn't give it too much thought, otherwise it might just come back up..
