Jardine's People COntacted StrikeForce

Strikeforce has been contacted by Jardine’s camp though but they will not talk about what they want to do until after this weekend’s fights. Coker though sounded concerned about what Jardine has left in the tank, “After you lose four fights in a row no matter who you are sometimes it’s better to take a step backwards and maybe evaluate what it is you really want to do, stated Coker

I think he is a good signing, dont give him any of your top guys (cause it would look bad if the guy that is 2-6 in has last 8 fightsbeat your top dogs) but should use him as a gatekeeper/tester of Light Heavies

They won't sign him. I don't see why they should. Their LHW division is slim, but Jardine won't factor into anything anyway. He won't make it deeper and even if they wanted him to give to up and comers, UFC pretty much milked the "first big win" status out of Jardine.

The only thing that would come out of Jardine going to SF is people pointing out that SF just picked up a guy who has lost 4 in a row.

Coker sounded like an asshole there though. 4 losses in a row, you should say that maybe he should go to a lower level show with that type of losing streak and then they would consider it if he put some wins together...but to say he should re-think his career is kind of dick and pretty much gives away SF has no interest in signing him.
