Golden Boy Suspended by New York Athletic Commission

NY isnt going to hand out a 90 day suspension for a BS accounting error!

Of course Ring and GBP want to put a spin on this like its an innocent mistake

Fact is they lied to NYSAC , DBE, and THEIR OWN fighters (w/HBO probably in on it too)

To pay off their own mistakes -- Khan's ridiculous guarantee and King and Arum for the fighter's they signed (or stole)

Now if other commissions in the country supported Cali's suspension of Margo, shouldn't they support NY's suspension of Golden Boy? That would be funny.

It probably won't happen, but yea that'd be crazy. But the suspension still means something. Danny Jacobs is on the rise and now without a home base. And what if they were considering doing Mosley-Mora, Ortiz-Harris, Alvarez-Hatton in NY? Plus with the success of Cotto v. Foreman in Yankee Stadium, that's now a legitimate big fight location.
