| Carano got the fight beat out of her. Trained as hard as she(thought?) could and still got completely out-muscled/out-conditioned. Which is lame cause she had talent.
Not sure who is up next for Cyborg. But if she ever fought a bigger, stronger girl, I'd be interested.

She needs to fight in WEC at 135lbs.

| Why is it that 145 is the only weight class anyone talks about even with Carano gone? Cyborg is still a lot more marketable than say, Sarah Kaufman, isn't she?
The winner of this tournament faces Kaufman, who defends her title on the 23rd. That fight has gone completely under the radar.

| That fight is actually pretty damn compelling, she is defending her belt against the girl Marlos Coenen beat at Fedor vs Rogers. She'd beaten her once before and her last fight was a win over Tara LaRosa at Moosin. She's maybe the best American fighter Kaufman has ever faced. | |

| 15-5 Roxanne Modafferi. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roxanne_ModafferiShe is definately a worthy challenger for the title. She is the first one to beat Tara Larosa in the last seven years. She's riding a lot of momentum. Kaufman's wins over Tate and Brazler are arguably equally impressive. Kaufman fights and beats all the toughest chicks. Too bad she isn't bigger, because skill for skill she's as good as Cyborg.

Prob the best challenger series card to date. In addition to Kaufman, we have Del Rosario, Abongo vs Kyle(so yes he is back in SF) which could be a slugfest, and Voelker, who has been in 2 straight rock em sock em bouts, fights that night as well.
