Will 116 be a disappointment in PPV buys?

I've thought this for awhile now. I'm not sure there is as much buzz about this fight from the casual observer as anticipated. I'm thinking around a million buys but it might not top 114

I think it will top 114, if it does not, UFC will atleast claim it did.

If Liddell was close enough to threaten 500k in his state this should do maybe better than expected.

They said they are expecting 1 million. But I think anything above 850K will still be called a success.

Anything below a million will be called a failure. If Jackson and Evans did a mill, and all of Lesnar's other title fights did over a mill, if this doesn't it will be a failure.

Lesnar is in Floyd's category.

I don't see why there shouldn't be a buzz, there's a great chance Brock ends up out cold on the canvas.

Floyds generated over 610 million in PPV revenue so thats not a bad thing

Lesnar is the closest thing MMA has to a top boxing draw and the second biggest draw in all of PPV. He is in Floyd's ppv category.

if your mean current draw then ya your right, but if your tlking all time Lesnar has a LOOOOOOOONNNNNGGGG ways to go cause Guys like Tyson who generated 500 + million in revenue in a 39.95 PPV era and Oscar with 610 million are miles ahead

yea. I figure Brock can probably guarantee 800k minimum a fight as long as he keeps winning. Which might not be that much longer ......
