| Mike Kyle only fights in shows on last minute notice. Mike Pyle is the same way. These fighters are in-fact the same person, who just cuts unheard of amounts of weight. | |

| Werdum's career is slowly going no where. First Dos Santos and now Kyle? Give the guy a name so he can make amends for that piss poor showing against Dos Santos. The guy went from #1 contender in the UFC to fighting Mike Kyle? I know he was slated to fight Overeem but this shit seems to be happening to him all the time. | |

| A fight is better than no fight at all. Kyle at least has some decent UFC wins under his belt. | |

yeah much better then nothing. One problem with the overeem pullout is the strikeforce heavies continue to be relatively unproven at the higher levels. I think that is part of the concern with the Fedor-strikeforce deal. If Overeem (or Werdum) had one impressivley then maybe we look at the signing a bit differently. Hopefully Werdum wins in impressive fashion, Kyle is not a high level opponent but it's always good to get a highlight win when trying to build hype.

| I'd like to see Werdum win in impressive fashion, if only to set some intrigue for Fedor down the road.
I mean, since we can't do anything about Fedor in SF, might as well start building some opponents for him, right? "Impressive fashion" means what for Werdum, though? If he stands and trades, there's a GOOD chance he'll get KOed by Kyle. Obviously, the ground is the way to go, I just don't know how impressed the casual fan will be by pulling a leaping guard into working the sub.
