| Sauerland has floated this idea out there, wondering what fighters they would include
I'd like to see
Steve Cunningham Krzysztof Wlodarczyk Marco Huck Troy Ross Guillermo Jones (idk what the deal is with him) and throw in a wild card like Eddie Chambers
Who would you want | |

| I was thinking of posting on the same topic.
I'd say the exact same fighters you listed, the wild card would be Zsolt Erdei in place of Jones. Sauerland would love Danny Green, but Green makes too much money doing his own thing. I would for sure include Chambers.

| Ive never seen Erdei but from what Ive read, a complete paper champion
Fights stiffs at home and doesnt have a pleasing style
Danny Green def would be a nice addition

| Erdei was the lineal world champ at 175 and in his one fight at cruiser, won a trinket despite only weighing 179 pounds. The only thing is if Erdei would be interested, he's 36 and wants to go back to 175. | |

| Jones was never the lineal champ, Ring magazine screwed up royally when they awarded the belt to Jones. They have since admitted as much.
Michalczewski was the lineal light heavyweight champ of the world until he lost to Gonzalez, who in turn lost to Erdei. It's indisputable. You can trace the lineage yourself if you put in the time.
The light heavyweight title is now vacant as erdei moved up in weight and has been inactive.

| Why? it's been mentioned all over the media. Why do we need to add links to everything? | |

The light heavyweight title is now vacant as erdei moved up in weight and has been inactive. ight But still look at Erdei's defenses after he won it, garbage, why I said it deteriorated Roy lost to Tarver on 5/14/04, Erdei beat JL Gonzales on 1/17/04 Just saying, seems like a lineage was started then and hard to recognize Erdei as a legit champ after the sorry defenses of his strap

| You're absolutely right Gomez, Erdei's defenses were awful. He was however the world champ. | |
