Coming off the long lay off I don't see how it could. Unless it was on VS or SPIKE with a decent undercard.

| Actually a fight that makes some sense as long as it's a Spike or Vs. fight like Sooners said... Or a #3 on a PPV. I don't think anyone would buy it as a main, but it couldn't be any worse than some of the televised crap we've seen on PPV's.
Personally, I'd rather see Tito get paired with someone that's going to KO him right out of the UFC. Problem is most of those guys are ranked too highly to consider fighting him. Maybe give him Bones?
Give Forrest a rematch with Jardine if he gets past Hamill and hasn't been cut...

Give Forrest a rematch with Jardine if he gets past Hamill and hasn't been cut... Believe me a knocked out Tito would bring me great joy. But like you said the guys most suited to do that are too high up for Tito right now. It would have to be a guy with take down defense or they don't stand a chance. What about Tito vs Vera?

| Is it safe to say we don't need to waste a spot on the LHW top ten for Forrest right now? Two straight KTFO's and squeeking past Tito Ortiz off a huge lay off in 2010 is not what happens to top ten fighters imo. The division has other movers and shakers that are winning big fights now. Sometimes I think we hold on to fighters for too long once they start to falter. The Rashad loss wasn't bad in itself considering Forrest was winning pretty handily until he got clipped and tko'd, but the Anderson loss was humiliating, and while I'd stick Tito in the top 15 mostly based off his fight with Forrest(and Rashad before that), almost losing to him off such a huge lay off in this day and age doesn't impress me when Little Nog, King Mo, Gegard Mousasi, Ryan Bader and Jon Jones are mostly non ranked fighters a year ago making huge waves in the division. I'm not sure Forrest's best days arent well behind him already. | |

| Forrest is slightly younger then I though, I think he turns 31 soon. He didn't peak until a couple years ago. I think when Forrest is able to keep people away from his chin he does just fine. He still has great cardio and heart. But the LHW division has always been tough and some of the up and comers are bad matchups for Forrest. I think Forrest can still entertain in the right matchups but IMO he won't be able to make another title run. | |

| When he comes back Forrest vs. Jardine rematch
(Depending on where Jardine is at, but I think it shouldn't be a problem)

| I still don't understand how anyone gave that 2nd fight to Tito. It blows my mind. At worst it is a draw.
Anyway I want Forrest vs the winner of Liddell/Franklin, Badar if he keeps winning, or Machida.

| Machida would be a horrible matchup for Forrest
I think he should stay away from Bader aswell
He better hope that after Bones beats Vlad, his next fight isn't Forrest too
Franklin/Liddell winner is fine, but I think he needs a fight like Jardine at this point

| Think it is safe to say that about everyone is a horrible matchup for Forrest besides guys who quit if they can't KO you in two minutes like Page and Vitor, or guys with bad backs and knees. Forrest is the prototype of the TUF over-achiever. | |
