| My feelings exactly, I got my hopes up so fucking high, thinking Fedor finally is gonna be in the UFC, a fight with Brock would be huge, and I thought Brock actually posed at least somewhat of a threat. Other huge ifghts could have been down the line Anderson, even Machida, but no, once again, I get my hopes up for fucking nothing. | |

| Why is everyone voting for very disappointed? I'm not disappointed in things that I never really ever thought would happen not happening.
No, I am not "very disappointed" that I didn't walk into the break room this morning at work and find an envelope addressed to me with a key to a safe deposit box, that contains a map with directions to a downed space craft where I found a piece of rare elemental metal with the ability to be molded at will, yet strong as adamantium that could be synthesized at will that I could sell to a corporation for untold billions or use it to enslave the world.
Before some dumbass fake news articles got my hopes up, that's all Fedor in the UFC ever was to me. | |

| Actually this may be better in the long run. While Fedor is off fighting Werdum, Barnett (new years show in Japan...I'm calling it), Overeem, and Rogers; Brock will be improving as fast as ever with bouts with Cain, Carwin, Nog, and whoever else the UFC throws at him. Then a more experienced Brock will put on a better fight for us when Fedor eventually clears the non UFC HW division. | |

| Brock doesn't have the heart of a real long term champion. He won't be champ in 12 months.
Anyway this might be good for MMA in the long run by continuing to legitimize the UFC's fastest rising competitor. | |

| Brock has physical tools and wrestling skills, but he is missing that something that real champs have.
How out of the realm of possibility is a post fight presser full of excuses about how he wasn't prepared, under estimated his opponent or wasn't mentally right for a title fight? He's a mental midget.
