| Coleman and Forrest at the same time could beat any fighter in the world. Tag team unified champions. Unfortunately they have outlawed two on one MMA so they will have to fight Shogun one at a time. | |

Seen it. They couldn't even finish Miller. I think Forrest could hold his own. Outside of Anderson Forrest has looked pretty impressive vs top competition. He beat Rampage and even if you don't agree with the decision he at worst took Rampage to a decision after fucking up his leg badly and almost finishing Rampage in the 2nd. He beat a less than 100% Shogun, but that is still a top 10 fighter in most peoples eyes I'd think. He's clearly picking Rashad apart before Rashad caught the leg and hurt him. He completely shut down Ortiz's wrestling then proceeded to pick Ortiz apart even though Forrest only had one good foot. While not a fight, he helped train Mir and from the look of Mir's face and what Mir had to say about him, Forrest would probably win if they ever stepped into the cage. Mir is a top 10 HW.

| You argue his resume very well, but the same time one could say ;
Forrest is an over valued TUF fighter who lucked into his title run by facing a one legged Shogun and then an undertrained Rampage who under estimated him and was in a bad place personally, in a fight he probably should have lost on the cards anyway, and has since gotten KTFO'd badly in two straight fights, while only barely scraping past an old and very rusty returning Ortiz, who still managed to score takedowns, GnP damage, and land good strikes standing on him.
The jury is out on Forrest with me.

| There were reasons people thought Shogun was the much superior fighter before the two met, and now three years down the line we can finally see the proof of that. | |

| Shogun has gone through much. Emergence, success, fame, serious injury, failure, mediocrity, re-emergence, peak. Forest was five fights ago he has gotten progressively better in each of them and is at a new high greater then what he achieved in 2005.
Coleman seems to not get any better and likely worse. Tough to tell. But I think Shogun, mentally, knows that he can physically run through him now.
Forest could still be interesting though. The Shogun from that fight is not the same fighter now I think, for obvious reasons. That said the fight could look a lot different. I see Griffin getting punched up pretty good, don't think he could keep up. He would still be much more game than Coleman though and somewhat of a threat. Forrest has a size thing potentially going for him, sometimes it even looks like he knows how to use it in fights. But, seeing the times he's been knocked out in his UFC career makes me believe that a similar fate would await him against a fully healthy, mentally fit Shogun.

| I think I may have said this once before, but if Forrest and Shogun fights, Shogun dominates. | |

You mean if Mir cut to 205? Maybe then, but no, if they fought Mir would simply donkey kong Forrest easily.

| Forrest is a good fighter and Shogun would probably win convincingly. Coleman isn't even worth mentioning in the same sentence as Shogun at this point. | |
