Destruction Derby, not sure if some of u have played this one, it was a Playstaton game, awesome game, they made a second one that changed it and kind of sucked, but the first was great
Twisted Metal, you all know this one, with the new graphic and game capabilites, they should be able to redo this mad good, great game to get ripped or drunk and play with a bunch of people

I'd like FFVII and MGS to be remade. You could improve the graphics and slightly update the storyline, but basically keep them the same.

Super Nintendo: NBA Jam Actraiser Final Fantasy IV (GolbeZ is from this game) and Final Fantasy VI Chrono Trigger Mega Man X Jurrasic Park (remember they tried to do a third person but when you would go into building there was that cheesy first attempt at a 1st person shooter? they can do that 100000x better now)
and I am pretty sure they are making a remake of Final Fantasy VII.
