Brock has dominated two guys with size in Mir and Couture. And there are lots of holes begging to be punched in these wins. Carwin has fought no one besides Mir.

While Fedor has dominated top ten opponent after top ten opponent weighing considerably more than he does in Arlovski, Sylvia and Rogers.


So, strictly matter of factly speaking, the days of them dominating are not over. Fedor is still the undisputed number 1. Speaking theorietically, we can't assume this either based on the few number of fights we have seen. Fedor could trash Brock and Carwin and lay this theory to waste, or a new fighter in a year and a half who naturally weighs 230 as his ideal fight weight could come through and destroy everyone. If we teleported Brock and Shane to Pride in 2004 do they ruin everyone? Not so sure.

how bout a little "the greatness of Travis Fulton"

195 wins! 250 fights. In 1998 he fought 40 fights(this fact becomes less noteworthy the more I read)!

He has fought and lost to a long list of big name fighters, including Dan the Beast three times, Ricco Rodriguez twice, Rich Franklin, Evan Tanner, Babalu, Ben Rothwell twice, Forrest Griffin, Travis Wiuff twice and the Janitor, amongst others.

He fought jeremy Horn to a draw, not once, but twice, and lost to him one other time. He also fought Dan the Beast to a draw as well, so he is 0-3-1(at least, I keep getting lost in this guys scoreboard) vs that guy.

I did find one pretty good win, in Heath Herring a decision win back in 1999., and he also owns a W over SF HWY contendor Wes Sims, as well as another sf fighter in Joe Riggs. Not to mention a win over Jayson(not Mayhem) Miller.

He has been inactive of late, havin fought only 3 times since the end of 08, but he did win just last month by way of head kick KO, the same method in which he lost most recently to Ricco.

At one point he KO'd the 2-23 Danny Wheatley 3 times in less then one month. at another he ko'd Tony Day 3 times in less then 2 weeks(twice during a Tuesday Night Fights promotion which were held 2 days apart), and he KO'd him a 4th time a couple weeks earlier(this guy's career is fascinating) all told the 4 fights lasted less then 3 minutes. but don't worry tony, he'd go back to submit Wheatley a year later, and then KO him once more for good measure.

Fulton is an excellent fighter. I think Dan Severn broke his spirit though...you know Fuiton would want nothing more than to get a W over the Beast but is 0 for 4 or something like that.

I really think its cause of the shadness with his record (not trying to discredit him just letting it be known people have accused him of fighting worked matches) think thats why he was only in twice more than likely
