NFL Draft - Day 1 Discussion

I would absolutely love to have 2 2nd round picks. I would take a D-lineman like Linival Joseph or Terrance Cody and i think Toby Gerhart would be a great fit in our smash mouth style of football. He reminds me of a white brandon jacobs.

I want Rejus Benn so god damn bad. That is basically a clone of Anquan Boldin.

Had he played for a better school and not Illinois, he probably would have been a top 10 pick.

If we cant land him, im really pulling for Taylor Mays..we could use a headhunter for a safety in our secondary...it would work out good for the physical division my browns play in.

Dallas offically passed the torch....gave the legendary #88 to Dez Bryant! Need to go after a OT or Safety know.....Cambell looks solid at tackle? Mays if he still on the board? Lets make sum trades and move up BOYS!!!

Just because the Browns are trying to trade up doesnt necessarily mean its for a QB.

Michael Smith reported a little bit ago that he talked to Holmgren and Holmgren said we have more pressing needs on this team and that he isnt sold on either McCoy or Clausen.

Yeah just saw that on SC, IMO don't care if anyone else agrees, I thought Jimmy was the best QB in the draft.

Wait a year and if one of us don't get a QB, we can maybe get Jake Locker

I wasnt sold on ANY of the QB's in this year's draft.

I think Benn is gonna be a superstar...that is who I am hoping and praying my Browns take in the 2nd round.

im not high on Jimmy, hopefully cowboys can get the USC tackle to slide to them

I really like how my Browns have drafted thus far. Joe Haden will be a lockdown corner for years to come...I heard he never allowed a TD pass against him in college.

TJ Ward looked good against my Buckeyes in that bowl game, other than that I really know nothing about him.

Montario Hardesty could be a potential beast.

I think the OG we picked outta Arizona State is our only shitty pick thus far.

Also a little upset we didnt get Rejus Benn...dude is gonna be a monster.

TJ Ward is a fucking stud, he was banged up all alst year and came back for the Buckeye game

Browns, Baltimore, and 49ers have had great fucking drafts so far IMO

Ward went down like 3rd game of the year for the ducks and it HURT big time, you guys secondary just took a massive upgrade

look how smart Browns were, stayed put and got the QB they WANTED in the 3rd

I really hope the Browns can turn it around...if any franchise deserves a winning team, it'd be the Browns.

I do agree that the Browns, Ravens, and Niners are all having great drafts.

The Ravens are gonna be an extremely tough team in the AFC this year.

I LOVED the Niners pick of Novarro Bowman...that dude is going to be a beast of a linebacker for them next to patrick willis...

That one year you guys got to the playoffs then it all fell apart, you guys could come out of the rut with ben gone for a while

I am still waiting to see if Walter Thurmond 3rd gets picked that guy was a stud and the DB's with Jarius Byrd, Ward and Thurmond was sick 2 years ago

Funny thing is Tim Couch was on the cusp of being a good quarter back

Yeah, and...speaking of shitty teams...the Jaguars just got a whole lot worse with the draft.
