Yeah, I think he looks a little more awkward in this vid with the clinch work and some of the push kicks, but what is certainly clear is that he hits hard.
Yeah, I think that is what Overeem was saying. I think he's clearly a strong guy. I think he hits really hard, but I he's also just a big guy. Against Overeem, I think it'll be interesting to see what happens. I think Overeem is obviously a better fighter, but every time I watch him fight in K-1 I'm surprised to see how many good shots people get in on him. Me; I'd run away cus he looks like a cartoon character. But the guys that hit him in K-1 are usually smaller, but I think Rogers is going to be aggressive and I think he has a shot to knock Overeem out.
Smart money is on Overeem though

Yeah he looked slow. The one thing that might make the video less indicative of what Rogers will look like come fight night is that it was taken 7 weeks out. I'm not sure how long his training camp was, but I'm sure he'll be in better shape by this weekend.
Overeem meanwhile continues to beat up on little people.

Maybe when he's running, and that might have been a warmup. He'll be ok, I didn't see anything wrong with his striking. He's got a better HW resume than overeem IMO, so unless overeem has something I haven't seen yet I'm going with Grim. He hits hard, and he took some shots from Fedor in the first round of their fight.
