I'm hoping that you guys aren't fucking up the league by pulling some shit and that everything going on is on the up and up. I sure hope it is. unfortunatley some shady shit is going on. Kings is unloading all his best players to LA and no one else and LA isn't giving up anything in return. It sucks but what can you do? I can't fight this by myself.

That really sucks, I guess I shouldn't just assume that everyone is going to play the game the right way? I trusted that everyone in the league(that participates) wanted everything to be fair and competitive. Not knowing shit about fantasy baseball I really don't pay attention to the trades. I guess I just expected everyone to do what was right.

| he's basically said he has no interest in playing fantasy baseball, even though his team was pretty damn good. Whish he could have let us know that before the draft....
anyway he decided to have a "fire sale" in which he trades some or most of his guys. The only problem is he was the trades that were being made between him and LA weren't exactly fair. No owner who actually had an interest in his team or winning would have done either of those trades. So basically LA got to stack his team with all of Kings best players without giving up any of his best players. I was even willing to let the 1st one slide, but now he's just taking advantage of the situation and that isn't fair to the rest of us.

| Shit if that is the kind of league it is turning into, I can just release all my players and fill my roster with DL guys. I don't know shit but atleast I try to compete. Baseball season is way too long, I don't want to waste my time if it isn't fair competition. | |

| Well I did try to take advantage .. that one got veto'd though lol. But I made another deal, that I would be 100% cool with taking it back.. it wasn't that big of a leap forward anyway. Plus my team blows right now. | |

| Well Oggy's overdramatizing it all a bit, the 4-4 deal is completely legit and the Felix deal was predicated on the fact of buying low selling high, Felix is pitching like shit this year, and he's soo good still yet Oggy wouldn't even do Kershaw straight up for him? So far one of my trades gets taken back because someone made a mistake and now you want my other trades pulled back. | |

These trades doesn't show anything wrong with the league. It is a very common and natural thing for people to attempt and fleece and get great deals on trades in every fantasy league. Though most of the time, they get declined, but every once in awhile you strike gold. The problem comes from the missing owners. We have a good solid 7-8 core, if we could find enough solid owner to field a 12 team league (minimum 10) than this would be a solid league.

| the 4-4 deal was legit in your mind, and that's about it. I feel bad that most of the other guys in the league don't really understand the value of certain players. And imo Kershaw is on the verge of greatness, he's certainly head and shoulders above any of the waiver wire pitchers you offered Kings for Felix. And stop trying to act like Felix is now the worst pitcher in the league, everyone know's that's not true. What because his era isn't in the 2's he's now atrocious? Give me a break.
I feel like the Kings fire sale has completely destroyed the integrity of the league. It's a shame things had to get like this. Whatever though i just thought something had to be said. Good to see your still holding that old trade against me though....

| Bigs thought it was fine aswell
The point with Kershaw is that you wouldn't even do him straight up, him and Cueto are sperated by like 5 spots in the rankings, Cueto is pitching very well and doesn't play for Dodgers. You try to buy low in fantasy all the time. I said I'd be willing to talk that out and get rid of him though.
And yeah I'm gonna hold that against you when ur in here bitching, If you made trades with Kings you'd e singing a very different tune.

| I would have commented but they aren't veto worthy so there's not much I could do
Konerko was ranked in the top 10 overall players when I made the trade, Zimm was batting .299 with 16 runs scored, 8 Hrs and 23 rbi
Tulo had 1 Hr, and is obviously a better player then Bartlett, but his run and rbi production was solid enough to be thrown in the deal.
Markakis was batting .294 with 2 Hrs, 12 rbi and 20 runs scored
Street is and has been on the DL all year.
Ludwick and Morgan > Markakis and Street IMO he was loaded up on RPs and needed an OF with steals potential
Felix was a classic buy low, hell Mantis wouldn't even do CJ Wilson straight up for him

| That's why i let the 1st one slide. It was FAR from even, and no owner who actually had an interest in their team would have done that trade, but i didn't think it really needed to be vetoed. The second one just isn't close in my mind. Cueto get's hot for a few weeks every year, he get's everyone's hopes up, and then he comes back down to earth. He'll finish the season with about 10-12 wins and an above 4 era. In other words he's a waiver wire pitcher.
King Felix is a former cy young winner and is a proven commodity. You keep carrying on about how great Cueto is and how horrible Felix is doing, but they basically have the same era, and Felix has more k's. That trade is VERY vetoable.

| Hanley is playing well though, and it was Reyes, CJ Wilson and Podsednik for Hanley, Felix and Hamilton, not the same
I just find it funny that u wouldn't do Kershaw straight up for him and Mantis wouldn't do CJ Wilson straight up for him, but Cueto, Arroyo and Chacin for him is insulting.
