Dana expresses interest in GSP/Silva at 170. Also a fight for the troops that might not even get taped in Afghanistan. And he pretty much lets it be known that BJ is going to WW after he beats Edgar because he says "Gray isn't ready for a title shot"
Which is weird to me because Gray manhandled Edgar. How is Edgar ready when Gray isn't? Anyway thoughts?

Edgar had a ton of stuff going on around the fight with Gray, since then Edgar has become the better fighter.

I'm worried that GSP vs Spider talk will force me to kill myself. I'm not going to type another word on the subject. Beat that horse to death over the years.

Yeah I saw that show on mtv too. He was getting married and yatta yatta. Has he improved since then? Sure but I haven't seen anything that makes me think he will now be able to stop Gray's takedowns. Frankie's just way more exciting to watch that's why he got this title fight over Gray. And Gray's win over Diaz looked horrible.

Gray's size and strength advantage are still the same. I think Frankie is just too small to beat Maynard. I would still pick Gray in a rematch.

I think the biggest part of this interview is they might do a fight for the troops that we wouldn't get to see. That sucks the last one was sweet.

Edgar got the fight becuase he's beaten better fighters more convincingly. He's inproved his overall game more, his jj is getting solid. Gray might have the size advantage, but Edgar knows what to expect, he owns Gray everywhere else. His striking is way more crisp, I don't think Gray would be able to just get takedowns and LnP to victory again.

I agree our soldiers deserve it. And you're all right I'm sure they will make it happen even if it's for counter programming. I wouldn't care so much if the last one wasn't so good.
