| Oye. I seriously hope Anderson doesn't drop to WW, I'd much rather see GSP move up. I think at WW GSP kicks Anderson's ass. | |

What's your point? You think Anderson's gonna cut to 170 and not get taken down at will by GSP? Come on.

| Anderson at 170 isn't a good idea. He'd be at as big a disadvantage there as GSP would be fighting him at 185 at this point. With that said, let him try... | |

| Anderson has the most dangerous gaurd of any of GSP last opponents, he's not just gonna lay on his back with no options.
Standing it isn't even a contest, if it was just standing against Hardy GSP would have probably been knocked out.
GSP chance to win is getting takedowns and a decision
I also think Anderson would time GSP with a knee on one of his taekdown attempts.
And could Anderson even make WW anymore?

| if Anderson cuts to 170 thats who I will still be betting on
they should just do a 180 or 179 or something crazy catch weight that way each keep their titles and no one is goin to the others stomping ground

And could Anderson even make WW anymore? Hardy would get his ass kicked by GSP in a kickboxing match. Anderson would get taken down just like everyone else. Anderson on his back against GSP spells out like this...L O S S Anderson could probably make WW but he would be skinny and probably frail after cutting so much weight.

Good info to back up ur opinions Anderson is very dangerous off his back, like I said more so then any of GSP's last opponents, it wouldn't just be GSP getting the takedown and guys doing nothing on the bottom. And bro, not sure if you were watching, but GSP would have been fucked if that was just kickboxing, and I thought otherwise before the fight. GSP striking looks better because guys are worried about the takedowns.

| No way Silva makes 170lb without severely draining himself. After Mia , Silva needs to sit down and consider permanently moving up to Light Heavyweight.

| I cant believe he is even thinking about moving to 170. Although I think he is a big favorite against GSP at 170 they are nearly even to me. | |

| It's obvious Middleweight is boring him . He should move up to Light Heavyweight whilst time is still on his side. |

| I would take gsp at 70 for the simple fact that I tink anderson would loose LBM to get there. No doubt he would loose power stamina and strength | |

| 1)love to hear it, at this point I just want to see the fight, I don't care where. suffice it to say that this would be huge. kudo's to silva.
2)Bird has it right. Catch weight. That way no titles will be lost, the divisions each retain its dominant champ, the fans get the super fight.
3)spider moving down is to georgies adv, and he'll need anything he can get vs silva.

You're right...standing, however, GSP will take him down. Anderson with GSP on top of him is just another animal getting beat on. This fight comes down to whether Anderson can defend GSP's takedowns. I don't think he can.
