If Fedor finishes out his last two contract fights with Strikeforce with victories and Carwin defeates Lesnar....will the demands of a Brock vs Fedor fight diminish greatly? These are big IFs here, but both scenarios are not far-fetched.

Yes Brock vs Fedor will be forgotten as quickly as Fedor vs Couture was.

I think it was a good thing that Couture and Fedor never happened, because Couture would have gotten mauled.

People would still want to see Brock vs Fedor just as bad in my opion as long as the fight wasnt a 1 sided KO. If Brock did lose to Carwin all he would have to do is win 2 or 3 fights in a row and people would give up there first born to see Fedor and Brock again.

The biggest fight is Fedor vs whoever the UFC Champ is.

If Lesnar is the champ then that fight will be the biggest ever.

If Lesnar isn't the champ then a Fedor-Lesnar fight will still be big because all of Lesnar's fights are huge because of how popular he is and all of Fedor's fights are huge because he's #1. But it isn't as big as say Fedor vs Cain, JDS, or Carwin if they are champion AKA knock Brock off.
