Could Affliction hold Fedor hostage?

Is it possible since Fedor has 1 fight remaining that we could be in for a long hostage situation? Fedor unable to sign until Affliction figures out what they want to do?

IDK. I think they realize that their promotion is royally screwed.

They will do what they can to keep fedor out of the ufc as long as possible. Dana should pick up all the big names and run with it. If dana can get the big guns from strikeforce and get the woman to wec that would be a wrap. War Zuffa

With their apparent ties with Strikeforce, I wonder if they indeed close doors that Fedor fights his last fight on a Strikeforce card or if he just tells the world to kiss off and heads back to Japan... We all know that the UFC is out of the question unless Dana's willing to give Fedor a tug on a regular basis...

If that happens I would bet money that Strikeforce would put Fedor vs Rogers since that is what Fedor's camp they wanted as a replacement for Barnett. It would be good because it would give Rogers time to prepare. I just hope it isn't drug out and Fedor is waiting in limbo.

I would like to see Strikeforce take Fedor for the last fight so Fedor could get used to a cage.

Good two posts in this thread Wolfy, first off that would be a concern, easily they could hold him hostage until their mess is under control, hopefully it doesn't happen though, and good idea with him having a fight to get used to the cage, I think Fedro would be fine with it, only problem is, if Grimm some how just catches him, that would be devastating, and shake up everything.
