Interesting RT @Nashville_MMA Got the official word from Strikeforce.4/17 CBS in Nash.NO FEDOR.Tune into our TV Show tonite for who on card
Strikeforce and Overeem said they are defending in May. So maybe they are saving Fedor for that.
Jake Shields vs. Dan Henderson and King Mo Lawal vs. Gegard Mousasi will probably be on this one. | |

| Fedor will fight soon though. The issue here is Strikeforce and CBS keeping the date mum and unfinalized to avoid Zuffa counter measures, while Fedor said he will only begin training once everything is finalized. | |

| I hope not. Werdum is a top ten opponent and the best grappling HW on the planet. He is also someone Fedor has never fought before. He should be fighting Fedor only. Overeem isn't and never has been a Strikeforce option, so Werdum is clearly the best opponent for him. | |
