This is a fucking joke.

These commissions are turning down main events lately left and right for no real reason. The UFC has to be behind this.

It has nothing t do with the UFC, Sims is just a joke, even with the way Timmy looked against Mercer, this fight wouldn't be competitive. All those fights being deemed not competitive lately have do do with one thing, the fighters being complete jokes.

Competitive or not on paper, commissions have no business mucking with this shit.

Especially considering they can't even train proper refs or judges, and both Florida and Ohio in turn approved matches just as ridiculous.

All this amounts to is arbitrary meddling. And it serves no purpose.

My buddy bought a $4 dvd at some discount store years ago. Some Hawaii show. Had Timmy jacking up Sims in the main event. We watched it again before the last Strikeforce, funny stuff. OSAC probably watched it too.

I am not arguing this fight would be competitive. I wouldn't have been. But that is no reason to cancel this fight.

Mark Kerr vs King Mo is one thing, this is another. What purpose does it serve when they approve Brandon Lee Hinkle?

Sims has won 11 fights and lost 5 since 2006. Hinkle has won 1 fight and lost four since 2006.

They deleted all the posts that reflected badly on them, and half the comments in general.

Basically Brent Bookhouse was like "what we can take away from this is commissions are finally doing their jobs."

I said what I take away is commissions are making things worse, siting how equally goofy fights were just approved in their place and other things that make this not make sense, like Tim's KO to mercer.

He responded "anyone with a brain can see flash kos have nothing to do with this" or something like that.

I responded "anyone with a brain who is qualified to have a staff position on a sports blog should see that flash KOs like tims could reflect slowing reflexes and a weakening jaw. Being concussed instantly shouldn't be factored into this stuff? really. How do I get a job at one of these here blogs?"

Luke Thomas jumps in and was like "When you act like you know what the hell youre talking about. you clearly have no idea what the hell you're talking about and dont know anything about the fight game"

I responded "squash matches and tune up fights arent part of the fight game? Up and comers and fading champions cant fight journeymen now? Thats not part of the fight game? really? I am gonna go out on a limb and guess bloody elbow doesn't get many press passes do they?"

Then some other users were like "ouch, low blow"

Then luke bans me, then some people agree with me and say "it must be nice to walk into the middle of a debate, declare yourself the winner, and walk into the sunset"

All that gets deleted.

he told someone they were "lunching" when they wondered if this commissioner just acted on TUF and Lashley fights, and wasn't making an informed decision.

He is wrong anyway, obviously the assclown in ohio was basing it off the publicized performances and not his recent record, which is decent to say the least besides what has been on TV.

Mismatch or not, these commissions shouldn't be doing this.
