Mortal Sin is actually pretty decent second tier standard issue MetalliKreator wannabe thrash. I don't remember them being Christian at all, and they do invoke Satan, but they need to do something with that fucking cross in the logo, that is seriously a violation. They do get somewhat of an exception on the lack of originality for being a band from Australia, as that place only had a few decent bands in the 80s at all. They may actually be the best Aussie 80s band, its been so long since ive listened to Hobbs etc to know for sure.
That new one from what I heard of it sounded pretty legit for a band that far removed but I'd still stick wit dis
Razor is pretty lame though honestly Ludo. No body whose heard of them for longer than a year or so still pretends that shit is any good.
Thrash in general gets pretty tiring and you find yourself just listening to the classics when you do get in a thrash mood.

Easily the best of the 90s thrash bands. Sometimes called "post thrash" as other bands of this slightly more percussive, gruff style that emerged in the early 90s are. If you guys don't know this band it will be one of your favorites in the style in hours.
^^lol @ metallica riffs
If you like Pantera, the band they ripped off -
Pantera was still releasing glam when -

Keep pushing those crossover acts in Demolition Hammer and Morbid Saint. Razor did fall off shortly after Malicious Intent, but between that and Custom Killing there's gold in those hills. but if your looking for crossover you might want to go with Slaughter, Rigor Mortis, Sarcafago, Slaughter, Sylosis, or even Municipal Waste and or Toxic Holocaust. Go listen to some Hatchet, Overkill, Nuclear Assault, Hirax, Sacred Reich, Viking(Man of Straw album), Violator, or Whiplash and come back. You might find the genre has more than 8 bands in it.
I'm pretty sure I posted a few songs off Face of Despair in here before. Which is probably their cleanest body of work of all. I only recently found out they had the new album which is why I posted the song from it. Demolition Hammer and Morbid Saint are both awesome, but let's be honest here they barely scratch the surface.
