What I don't understand is the necessity to trial three drug execution combos? There are countless drugs and poisons out there that will do the job quickly and effectively at doubtless a fraction of the cost.
In this guys case, how much does a single shotgun shell and digging a hole in the yard cost the taxpayer?

more executiuons without years on deathrow would help the tax payer but the man isnt about that
