So you think the UFC guys are just slightly better. I put the fights up because I thought they were competitive and there isn't a fight listed where I would be surprised if either man won. Some fun matchups on there IMO. Straus vs Guida wouldn't be fun to watch but I think they have similar styles but I think Straus is a better grappler and could control Guida.

Pitbull vs Siver would be a fun fight to watch. I think Pitbull has the speed advantage and that is why I give him the edge.

My thoughts on Chandler are nothing new. I don't think Bendo is the best LW in the UFC and IMO he has been lucky with some of his decision wins.

I think Curran vs Frankie would be a battle of 2 of the top 3 FW in the World.

I could see Thiago landing some shots on Mo and stopping him but I think more then likely Mo would get him down and either stop him or win the UD.

Storm vs Bisping and Rockhold seem like interesting matchups IMO and I could see those fights going a variety of ways.

They are very close fights. Chandler is improving at a very fast rate. Right now I have Bendo winning but in about 2 years I could see Chandler winning.

I think TJ Grant probably would have beat Bendo. I'm not sure about Pettis. I'm leaning Bendo in that fight.

Yeah I was ready to pick Grant over Bendo in a close fight.

With recent history could any of us actually pick Bendo to lose a close decision?

LW is cursed.  Penn is the real LW champion

LW division is a weird division right now. I still think Gil has a chance to beat anyone out there and could win a rematch with Bendo. I'm not really sold on Pettis but he is still young and improving. I think TJ Grant is game vs anyone as well. Then you have Chandler who I think is a beast and IMO the best in the World. Then you still have pesky Frankie Edgar who I thought won the last Bendo fight. Throw in Aldo at LW and you have an interesting debate at the top of 155.
In a dream world it would be amazing to see them go at it tourney style.

The next level guys aren't really that far off either. Maynard, Diaz, Thompson, RDA are all right there behind the guys listed above.

Prime Jardine is 205 while Prime Leben is 185. I think Jardine in his prime can beat the fuck out of Leben.

weight is definitely not something I'm thinking about in a Jardine vs Leben matchup, styles though.... I think Leben finds Jardine and smashes him up.

I think Jardine works him to death and his chin holds up. Probably leg kick the shit out of him, work him over with his pace and by the end of the fight he is tagging Leben's giant melon. But I do think weight is a factor, not a big one, but still a factor. It's obviously not the only fight between 2 guys not in the same weight class but it's one that will weight class will factor in IMO. I think the guys that turned out Jardine's lights at LHW have more power then Leben.

In his prime only 2 guys turned out his lights and that was Houston and Wand. Who at that time had more explosiveness and more power then Leben ever had IMO. He held his own vs guys much better then Leben ever was and had just as much power. I don't think it's competitive if they fight at their peak. On their best nights, it's Jardine by domination.

thats exactly why browne gets texeria, brown has like 20 inches and 40 lbs on glover
