Barnett is just too savvy to get caught on the ground, and since he'll likely be on top if it goes to the ground Werdum will have a hell of a time creating the kind of space he needs.
Evans looked like dogshit against Minotoro, and I think he's starting to lose interest in anything that's not an immediate step back to the title. Shogun would be more of a legacy fight and not a forward step in the rankings perse', and he'll probably just job it again and get caught.
Super Belfort catches Jacare coming in eventually and puts him away when he does.
Rory is just too dynamic everywhere. This will probably look similar to GSP/Condit where Condit has a flash or two of real offense before Rory takes control again enroute to a decision.
Bendo is almost the same size, if not the same size as Maynard. Maynard won't be able to just push Bendo around like he does with alot of other lightweights, and I just don't think Maynard's striking is that good overall. Sure he packs a shit ton of power in his hands, but he seems to be guessing alot of the time when he throws strikes and waits to get lucky. | |
