looks like lesnar may need additional surgery and we will not know if he needs it for a few months per dana ( yes I know) . so if he does come back I say late next year and not to mention there is a slight chance he could be done for good due to the extreme surgery he may need. Im not a lesnar fan but I hope the best for the big guy. I see an interim title in the works for march or so.

Kongo has to be in, who else is there at HW that deserves a shot other than Dos Santos? Mir is going to sub Kongo anyway so he'll be out after Saturday night.

Luckily you're not Joe Silva or Dana White. No one wants to see Kongo and Cain again but remember this is Farmer's bracket not Joe Silva's. There is very little chance that Kongo beats Mir and honestly Nog has a great chance at submitting Cain. (should be a great fight)

I'd love to see Mir get another shot at Brock if he gets a couple quality wins under his belt beforehand. The fact is, Brock is going to beat most people to a pulp not named Fedor so most matches with Brock in them is going to look a lot like Mir vs. Brock II. It looks like the loss to Brock has motivated Mir, he's put on a lot of muscle and weight and he's pissed. I'd love to see him try it again because his BJJ is still great and if he can bulk up to contend with Brock's strength a little better I wouldn't be surprised at all to see him submit Brock again. Right now they are 1-1 so a tiebreaker would be fitting.

I didn't even realize the potential Kongo-Cain rematch. I just think there are such little odds of that happening. Mir is going to smash Kongo and I give the edge to Nog over Cain as well. Gonzaga is out and hasn't beaten anyone worth a damn in a while. JDS has yet to get a high profil fight to really be in contention yet. I think they're moving him along slowly and trying to get Nog a title shot before they give him one.

yea the Lesnar injury is too serious to put an accurate time table on his return. I'd rather see Carwin fight again and face the winner of Cain vs Nog. Mir vs Kongo winner can face JDS after he wipes the floor with Gilbert.

I just thought Mir got shit canned twice by Lesner and I just don't wanna see them fight again. There's nothing left to see there. JMO

If Mir beats Kongo. Cain beats Nog. Mir beat Cain. You have to give Mir another shot. The only other possible contender would be JDS. But after JDS it has to be Mir.
