Since so many are scared, this year it will start off with a Royal Rumble, meaning all you have to do is show up and make your picks to be entered. At the end of this month the four best scores will advance to the Head to Head semifinals. The final two will square off in December.

Tie Breakers will be different for this event. They will be based off of total participation for wins this year up to this point. The tie breaker order is:

I haven't tried Spike's site but I've seen some of their high profile guys on youtube. Pre-lims weren't available here until the UFC renewed their contract with ESPN but I won't really tune in unless there's a fight that I am really interested in.
