Agreed. There is a reason why Asik was Noah's backup last season and why we let him go and kept Gibson.

Chicago didn't know what they had. If they did the could afford to pay him what Houston is as a back up.

Very comparable numbers. Asik is a very good defender, rebounders, and is very opportunistic getting easy baskets.

I guess Hou & Brooklyn are fine, but the teams surrounding them.

Top 7 are good.

8. Indiana - defense and no major weakness. They'll give Miami the toughest challenge in the East again.
9. Brooklyn - Finishing strong with a great April thus far.
10. Houston
11. Golden State
12. Boston - 2 games over .500. They're 5-10 in their last 15. They're the 7th seed in the East. You know the lesser conference in the NBA.

So you are basing this years power rankings which is usually a what have you done for me lately list on previous years.

I think Boston will step it up big time in the playoffs. They have a better chance of winning it then the teams I have below them.

How is that? When I predicted the Rockets would make the playoffs when no one else did? Sorry the Boston v Hou match up didn't magically happen.
