its funny though to this day Frank still gives Dan a lot of respect and said he was probably the strongest fighter he ever faced.

no but Frank basically counted that grappling match as facing Hendo, I believe he said the strongest person I ever faced in a cage was Dan Henderson.

no but Frank basically counted that grappling match as facing Hendo, I believe he said the strongest person I ever faced in a cage was Dan Henderson.

Would have been sweet if it was an actual MMA fight. But at that time, I think the result would have been the same.

ya I agree, Hendo being able to throw the H bomb would have helped, but then again Frank was so multi faceted with the striking, kicks and submission that I don't think it would have changed the result.

Yeah he looked kind of old. I saw that the fight took place in 2006, also read something from 06 saying Gracie wasn't interested in MMA career at the age of 40.

Cesar just seems like a tool. He doesn't come across well in interviews.

agree, if he didn't have Gracie behind his first name he would not have gotten very far in this sport. Its kind of funny that the black sheep of the Gracie's faced off with the black sheep of the Shamrocks.

He seems to be alteast a decent teacher. His students respect him.

thats for sure, that fight is what played a big part in Diaz wanting to fight Shamrock.
