How about not spoiling the results. Watch it live or don't read about it.

| fucking hell, why are the BBC shoving basketball down our throats every five fucking seconds? it's a boring sport and we're shit at it.
luol deng seems like a nice enough bloke but i don't need to hear 4 different interviews a day from anyone, never mind someone who's going home after the group fixtures.

| What a year Bradley Wiggins is having, Tour De Fance and now a gold medal in the time trial, and he's overtaken Sir Steve Redgrave with 7 medals in total at Olympic events. |

| there may be hope for the pro heavyweight division yet as a few of these olympic super-heavyweights look like they have potential. they look far more athletic than the tubs of lard we've got used to.
last night i saw a belarussian fighter who looked talented and a good fight between a brit and a cuban.

| Avoiding spoilers has been a real bitch. Without ESPN radio my day gets much slower. Also I can't help but check ESPN.com frontpage from time to time. But I try to avoid both on events I'm really curious about. I hope tonight's individual medley doesn't get spoiled for me before I get to see it. Edit: Also got to avoid Yahoo. | |

| Tricky little bastards. The ESPN radio host have been good with no spoilers so far, except for SVP but he gave a warning before he did. So I just turned off the stream. He was about to spoil the Duel in The Pool, can't have that. Also got caught being lazy during the ESPN updates they play coming off commercial breaks. I think I have risked it enough for the day. No more ESPN or Yahoo in any form. | |

I know that Bolt and Gay square off on Sunday. I skimmed over the schedule a little bit, looks like it kicks off this weekend. I'll have to keep an eye out for it.
