| How long would he have held the title?
Rashad Evans UFC 92 Dec 27, 2008= Rashad wasn't as good as he is now and was in his striking phase. I think Rampage beats him on this night.
Lyoto Machida UFC 98 May 23, 2009= A past his peak Rampage beat Machida. This fight would've been much better. 50/50 fight.
Maurício Rua UFC 104 on Oct 24, 2009= By this time Rampage would've been on a roll and would be fired up for revenge. Rua had already beat Rampage in Pride and would have a lot of confidence going into this fight. Tough fight for both.
Jon Jones UFC 128 Mar 19, 2011= Rampage ain't beating Jon Jones. |

| if machida didn't fight such a stupid fight he would have beat Rampage, but all the running he did the first 2 rounds cost him the decision... in a 5 round fight i saw machida would have had it for sure | |

| he doesn't get past Machida in a 5 round fight at that point.
Do you think Rampage should have won vs Forrest? | |

| He probably beats the Rashad who showed up at UFC92. But he loses to the Machida who hadn't gone to war with and gotten knocked out by Shogun yet. That knockout in the second Shogun fight mentally crippled Machida for a while, he still hasn't fully recovered yet aside from beating Randy and coming out like a bat out of hell against Jon Jones. On the off chance he did beat Machida he'd have lost to the Shogun who came in prepared to fight for five rounds. He would have lost to Jones regardless. | |

| Personally I scored Forrest/Rampage 48-46 for Forrest, 10-8 second round where Rampage absolutely nothing and got his leg buckled, got tripped, gave up side control and mount along with a couple good looking submissions. 47-47 at best. | |
