| IMO the 2 best teams in the West play tonight. OKC vs Memphis. After those two is the Spurs. | |

| You guys hear about Perkins and Zack Randolph getting into not just during the game but after they were ejected they got into it by the locker rooms and police had to step in to break it up. | |

| Amare fits the coach's system better than Gasol. I think the Lakers though need better outside shooters. |

| It's not always about who the best player is. It's about who fits a coaches plans better. |

| if it's all about fitting in with D'Antoni and Nash...might as well get rid of Howard, Kobe, and Ron while they are at it and find more spot up shooters and cutters. Those styles are anti- D'antoni and really anti- Nash as we know him.
Giving the team to Nash is not really ideal. I think it lacks understanding of the players around him. Kobe...ball stopper and not a great spot up shooter. Ron...ball stopper and an awful spot up shooter...Howard...ball stopper. When you look at it. On the current roster..Pau is actually the most Nash friendly style on the team save a couple above the rim plays with Howard.
To ensure the best from the majority of their good players...4/5 of their starting lineup is to pretty much ask Nash to take a Fisher role. Just make him Derek Fisher with a more dynamic offensive game and more playmaking ability...but don't make it about trying to keep Nash a 12 assists guy and expecting 4 players who's games don't really require a great PG to all of a sudden fit well with an offense that runs through the point guard. Nash is a fast break point guard. None of those guys are fast break players except Nash.
I understand why they didnt go to Phil Jackson, because in a few months he would probably be retiring again and you got to move on eventually...but Phil would have done this right. D'Antoni is a solid coach but he's not the right one for that roster. | |

| I wonder how going to the funeral before the game will effect them? I wouldn't be surprised if they win or lose by 20. |
