The ONLY way I think Vera can win is if Shogun is out of shape or injured and Vera is somehow able to use his wrestling to get a decision. But that is still a long shot.

Vera's height could play a difference in the clinch........just sayin you never know. Doubt it but you never know

Either he's pulling that brothers through nationality stuff, or sees a threat in the new comer and wants none of it. Either way it's not something I would have expected from shogun.

This match will tell where each of them are, if Vera gets wrecked then he will probably be done for good, if Shogun comes out and struggles against Vera and truly wouldn't take the Glover fight, then how is he going to make his way back up, giving all the injuries that have happened who else could've they thrown in there? Did they even think of giving Rashad a call, no that he would've taken it but would be interesting fight for him coming off the Jones loss.
