| I liked the last Total Recall but not fanatically or anything. While some sequels, most, are head to palm, I think this is an appropriate movie to remake and could be decent. It was Cheeto dick 90's action movie before to me, cool, but nothing special. What I have read is that the story is a big leap away from the 90's stuff and a more direct adaption of the source material, We Can Remember It for You Wholesale by Philip Dick who is actually the brain behind some notable SciFi stories like Blade Runner and A Scanner Darkly. Cast Kate Beckinsale ... Lori - Good for me Colin Farrell ... Doug Quaid / Hauser - passable has a lead in a action thriller Bryan Cranston ... Vilos Cohaagen - WIN WIN WIN Jessica Biel ... Melina - Good for me Bill Nighy ... Kuato - Not a bad choice, idk what to think Thumblina ... Bridget the Midget - I kid but seriously - Spoiler:
It could be entertainfulingment | |

| I'll wait till I see the full trailer before I curse the heavens.
It's possible that it could work if they do what The Coen brothers done with True Grit, they went back to the source material. |

| Got it signed by Arn and the artist, Tyler Stout, is a straight up G. He does movie posters like this all the time and they are incredible. If I could justify the cost of always buying them and getting them framed I would have a couple more by now. He also only does a limited # of prints which makes it hard. The TR one only has 450 out there and mine's 147. | |

| Gay. That trailer spoiled the entire movie.
The whole movie will be us trying to figure out if it is real, or if it is just a memory implanted when he went to that recall place, and it will be framed in such a way where the ending is incidental. The DVD will have three endings. One where everything was just a product of the clinic and he is a normal dude, one where he really was a secret agent, and one that is deliberately ambiguous, which will probably be the theatrical one.
We've seen 9 of these movies in the last few years.
The only thing that matters is if there is a hot bitch with three titties. Otherwise fuck off.

| Science Fiction if done right can be great, no matter how narrow the genre actually is in terms of practical ideas. This has a chance still. | |
