Reds played well. Got the big hits, pitched well, managed well in light of losing their starter and made plays in the field. They deserved the win.

On the Giants side, they can't beat the Reds if Pagan and Scutaro only get one hit between them.

I knew somehow a Casilla meltdown would make somewhat of a difference. It would have been interesting to see how it would have gone had the Giants only been down 2 runs in the 9th.

Hopeully they can get the split. Not worried about home field or anything. Giants are every bit as good on the road as they are at home.

TIGERS up 2-0 after a great game that we were lucky to survive!!!!!!!! Verlander and Fister were both good and the offense came through when tey had to. We havent played no where near our best and are up 2-0.

Just like game 1, Giants offense trying to pull everything and be a home run team. It would be nice if they played the game that got them here. Small ball. We won't get anywhere trying to outslug the Reds.

the good news is the Giants scored over 100 runs more on the road this season than they did at home..so atleast maybe the offense wont be such an embarrasment on tuesday. Hard to blame the pitching when they would have to be perfect anyway.

Giants pitching was money in the bank. Vogelsong really came through and i questioned Bochy going to him in game 3.

i hope the tigers can close it out tonight as well...because i think it makes a difference in the start time of game 5* of Giants-Reds. Right now i see its potentially scheduled for 10am pacific time because a potential game 5 of Tigers-A's is scheduled for later.

i'll probably miss some of the game because i'll be at work(pfft) , but the A's losing can be the difference of missing a few innings to missing the whole game...so fuck Oakland.
