2 #1 contender fights? On paper it looked good but overall that card wasn't entertaining. Although I enjoyed Bisping vs. Sonnen. |

Although I enjoyed Bisping vs. Sonnen. Is it the UFC's fault the top 2 contenders for each division didn't put on a show. On paper those were better fights than Tito v Forrest even with the name value.

Hey I am on your side I am just stating that it wasn't the most entertaining card, but I realize not every card will be filled with spectacular knockouts, submissions and fight of the year contenders. |

| I love this fight and am excited for it as a long time fan of MMA and both guys. I can understand how some fans are not all that enthused since both guys are over the hill, but to say it isn't Fox worthy is silly as fuck. These guys are well known with as much name value as bout anyone. Perfect Fox fight. These guys ain't interested in avoiding a dogfight for a paper win either and will go out on thier shields. Just what Fox needs. | |

On paper those were better fights than Tito v Forrest even with the name value. Davis vs Evans had boring written all over it. In the cage Chael is never all that entertaining. Bisping, Maia and I should throw Munoz on there as well, High level fighters the whole lot of em, but there was very very little in terms of intrigue or excitement potential. At least we have a Diaz on the upcoming Fox card. But Tito vs Forrest? 3? I was hoping the fox cards would have more pop then this.

So u think Fox should host more fights between over the hill fighters that people aren't that enthused about?

- I was fighting for $300-400 when Tito was champion of the world. He's not what he used to be, but he's still putting on good fights with the best in the world. The Machidas, the Rashads. The guys that he's fighting are the top ten, cream of the crop.
We're 1-1, we've had good fights. There's going to be some things that are tough to deal with. A good wrestler that comes down low, that comes with pressure, he's a tough guy to fight. He's still got a good overhand right, good shovel hook, he's got good punches, good knees, he's got a good Thai clinch. If you can stop him from coming forward, he's not so hard to fight. But when he's coming forward in that good stance, you can't tell if he's gonna throw a big bomb or shoot...that's tough to deal with.
A lot of people ask me. They say 'Forrest, it's Tito's retirement fight. If you lose to Tito, are you going to retire?' If I lose to Tito, I'm going to retire from life. ...seriously.

He's 2-1 since then, and the way he lost was exactly how everyone knew he would end up losing if he lost. It's more like being on the wrong side of 30, taking part in a ton of wars, and getting married/having a kid stole his soul/fighting spirit.

| For some reason I like Tito to take this, Forrest to me seems like he's already got one foot out the door. |
