| Hopefully they can find a more suiteable opponent for Frankie. I don't think Batman is worthy of this fight at this moment. The same way Diaz isn't worthy of Maynard. | |

| A replacement shouldn't be too hard to find on short notice... A "worthy" opponent is another story. Five weeks and most top-20 guys are booked. The only top guys left uncommitted are Sherk (He just beat) and Stevenson. And Stevenson just fought, so the chances of him taking it are none to none. Expect a walkthrough for Edgar if they leave him on the card at all unless they can convince someone to cancel their scheduled fight to step up. This fight was already a bit disappointing, but not seeing him fight or seeing him fight a complete can will be very disappointing... | |

| Stevenson would be OK I suppose, I don't really like Batman as Edgar's opponent. I would rather they pull the switcharoo and have rematches between Batman vs Diaz and Maynard vs Edgar. Or really mix things up and have Kenny vs Edgar and Guida vs Batman. I like those matchups better. | |
